My main responsibility is to serve as messenger to the Gods of Olympus. As the god of travelers, it is also my job to watch over these fine people on their many journeys. My sacred animals are the snake, the rooster, and the tortoise. I mean really, tortoise was great racing hare, and used my attribute of cunning to beat him in a footrace, which I also invented. Some of the items I carry include a cadecus, winged sandals, and a winged helmet. I come from ancient Greece, and I have been worshiped for over four thousand years. I am associated with athletes, and many different sports. I am also associated with the transaction of money, legally or otherwise, as I am the god of merchants as well as thieves. I am an upbeat, jovial person with a good personality; That is, when I am not lightening your pockets. I am good friends with Apollo, and am on a friendly basis with most of my fellow gods, though I have no love for any of the Titans. My main symbol is the cadecus, along with my winged sandals and helmet.
